This product is one of the most versatile paper products used in packaging today. It can be engineered to provide the desired characteristics for a particular packaging application. Because of the way it is manufactured, the product can change from an extremely rigid material used for block and brace applications to a cushion product that will protect fragile items. In the manufacturing process, you can change:

• Cell size: .375 inches to 1.5 inches ( 60 lbs PSI to 8 lbs PSI stacking strength)
• Cell height: .5 inches to 4.0 inches
• Paper weights of liners: 26 lb, 33 lb, 42 lb, 69lb and 90 lb
• Panel length: up to 120 inches
• Panel width: up to 60 inches
